Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS immediately after placing your order.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS and email. You can track your shipment in real time on the courier partner's website, or by contacting our support team with your Order ID.
Courier Partners
We work with India's leading courier partners — including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, and Shadowfax (via Shiprocket) — to ensure safe and timely deliveries across the country.
Delivery Delays
While we strive for on-time delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:
- Festivals and holiday seasons
- Extreme weather conditions
- Remote area logistics
- Courier partner operational delays
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, please write to us at hello.minidx@gmail.com with your Order ID and we'll follow up immediately.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after all attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will reach out to you to reship or process the order accordingly.
Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order is dispatched, address changes may not be possible, depending on the courier partner.
Packaging
All MiniDX products are carefully packed with premium protective packaging — including bubble wrap, foam inserts, and sturdy outer boxes — to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
